Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely at peace with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without fuss.
Returns are accepted when the product is damaged or broken during transport, wrong product was delivered, product looks different from what's shown on the website, or your order is incomplete.
Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If a free gift came with your order and you return the main item, the free gift must be returned too.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, courier docket/AWB number, and reason for return.
Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For credit/debit card or net banking, allow up to 14 working days —
this is your bank's processing time, not ours. During festive seasons,
allow 15–18 business days.
Yes — returns and replacements are completely free of cost if you
received a wrong or damaged product. We reserve the right to levy
shipping charges only in cases that come under legal scrutiny.

reverse the amount within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by network issues,

We ship carefully packed orders across India. Every order leaves our home in Madurai with intention and care.
All orders are delivered within 5 days from the date of placing your order. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location.
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Orders are shipped from our home in Madurai, Tamil Nadu via trusted courier partners.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted after the 4-hour window
has passed or once the order has been shipped. Sale items cannot be
cancelled under any circumstances.
Once your cancellation is processed, your refund will be credited to
